My name is Theresa Pavone and my field of expertise lies in the world of business and psychology.

Prior to teaching online, I worked as a Vice President for Premier Salons; a company headquartered in Toronto Canada and Minneapolis, Minnesota with over 1200 holdings across North America. I operated their high end up- scale spa/salon division and traveled over 225 nights for three years straight. I was responsible for restructuring the salons and spas at both Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. This gave me the opportunity to utilize both my Real Estate License and Builders License, as most of the projects were constructed from the ground up.

My current education includes a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Masters Degree M.A.O.M. Masters of Arts in Organizational Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

In 2001 my husband and I were married in Italy at the Vatican in Rome. We also had a private audience with the Pope, which was one of the greatest momentums of my life.

We were blessed with a beautiful baby girl Gianna Marie on April 17th 2004 and a beautiful baby by Antonio Joseph on November 7th 2006. We have two little dogs a Pomeranian (Chico) and a toy fox terrier (Speedy) and together they do not weigh 12 pounds.
