Rick Thornton was born in Cleveland,Ohio Although most people know Rick as the father of his two sons Raz B formerly of multi-platinum group B2K and Ricky Romance who is a talented producer/artist. Rick Thornton knows the art of marketing and promotion. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 5. Rick was the king of the lemonade and Kool-Aid stands. From kindergarten through junior high, Rick has always been a dreamer, and he put his heart and soul into every endeavor. He soon moved on to bigger and better things. In 1985, Rick moved to Beverly Hills, CA 90210 to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, management, and promotions. Tri-Elite Entertainment quickly hired him as the director of advertisement and corporate relations. Rick was the associate producer for the Motion Picture Awards, Diversity Awards, and the Multi-Culture Picture Awards. He also is the President of his independant label WisetoWake Entertainment. Later Rick was then invited to Detroit were he was introduced to managing partners of Harmonie Park. Nicolette Fontaine, J.D. is a Licensed Talent Agent with World Artists Agency Inc., Public Relations Manager and Promoter for music, film, and art communities. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School having studied business transactions, copyright & entertainment law. Nicolette completed music studies at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She worked for Warner/Chappell Music Publishing Legal & Business Affairs and is pursuing a career as an entertainment lawyer.
