Rick Thornton was born in Cleveland,Ohio 

Although most people know Rick as the father of his two sons Raz B formerly of multi-platinum group B2K and Ricky Romance who is a talented producer/artist. Rick Thornton knows the art of marketing and promotion.

He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 5. Rick was the king of the lemonade and Kool-Aid stands. From kindergarten through junior high, Rick has always been a dreamer, and he put his heart and soul into every endeavor.

He soon moved on to bigger and better things. In 1985, Rick moved to Beverly Hills, CA 90210 to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, management, and promotions.

Tri-Elite Entertainment quickly hired him as the director of advertisement and corporate relations. Rick was the associate producer for the Motion Picture Awards, Diversity Awards, and the Multi-Culture Picture Awards.

He also is the President of his independant label WisetoWake Entertainment. Later Rick was then invited to Detroit were he was introduced to managing partners of Harmonie Park. After learning what Harmonie was about, Rick was honored to be offered a position of becoming a managing partner as well.

Nicolette Fontaine, J.D. is a Licensed Talent Agent with World Artists Agency Inc., Public Relations Manager and Promoter for music, film, and art communities. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School having studied business transactions, copyright & entertainment law. Nicolette completed music studies at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She worked for Warner/Chappell Music Publishing Legal & Business Affairs and is pursuing a career as an entertainment lawyer. Ms. Fontaine is an accomplished singer having studied voice at the University of Central Florida Department of Music, Orlando Opera Studio at UCF, and performed with the Palm Beach Opera Company at the Kravis Center for Performing Arts in West Palm Beach. While in the opera, Nicolette sang under the direction of Conductor Maestro Anton Gaudagno. She competed in the Miss Orlando, Winter Park & UCF Pageants for several years and was appointed to judge the Preliminary Miss Florida/America scholarship pageants in the Winter 2004 in Broward County. Nicolette Fontaine received the Professional Achievement Award from the University of Central Florida Honors College and the Lesesne Media Group Entertainment Industry Advocate Award in 2005, commending her hard work and contributions as an Artist Advocate, Manager, Music Promoter & Career Coach. Ms. Fontaine has coordinated informative seminars with Industry professionals from 2002-2006 for various topics in the entertainment business. She is an active member of the Grammy Chapter/National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, the American Bar Association and FL Bar Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Sections, the FL Film Recording & Entertainment Council, Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, Music Coordinator for the Nashville Arts Summit and on the Board of Directors for the NSU Law Alumni Association (www.nsulaw.nova.edu).
